【那年那事】2月17日 興趣使然的行善日

2月17日係美國嘅「興趣使然行善日」 (Random Act of Kindness Day)，呢個非官方節日係鼓勵人用「傳出去」(Pay it Forward) 嘅方式分享善行。

「傳出去」 嘅意思就係將你受到嘅恩惠報答返落另一個人身上，一個傳一個咁將愛同正能量傳比世界所有人。

正如發現"電"嘅 班傑明·富蘭克林 (Benjamin Franklin)曾經不求回報咁，借咗一筆錢比 Benjamin Webb 做生意，當時信入面就寫住：

原文"I do not pretend to give such a deed; I only lend it to you. When you [...] meet with another honest Man in similar Distress, you must pay me by lending this Sum to him; enjoining him to discharge the Debt by a like operation, when he shall be able, and shall meet with another opportunity. I hope it may thus go thro' many hands, before it meets with a Knave that will stop its Progress. This is a trick of mine for doing a deal of good with a little money."

大意：我不是免費的給予你這個優惠；我只是把錢借給你。當你將來遇到另一位需要幫助的老實人，你必須將這筆錢全額借給他，正如我把錢借給你一樣。然後像我般免除他的債務，當他能力許可時，就對另一位人作同樣的事。我希望這筆錢可以一手交一手，直到遇到一位不願意傳出去的惡棍為止。這是我用一筆小小的錢去行善的技倆。

咁呢日咁有意義嘅節日又要點慶祝好呢？小編有以下建議，大家都不妨參考下：

• 寫張匿名字條鼓勵一下身邊嘅人


• 放工拮魚蛋時順便買多串比身邊嘅拾荒者


• 如果屋企有廢紙不如送比做回收嘅公公婆婆
